I am sleepy already, but before I do that, I am putting this up, 2010 calendars for your simmies. Don’t you just love purrty calendars? I know I do.

There are four recolors, mesh is once again Aikea’s half height wall writing and is included for everyone’s convenience, it is height adjustable(if you have Apartment Life EP), I was going to make one for the two tile version for those who does not have AL, but sorry, did not have the time. Enjoy lovelies!

New theme for my Sims 2 tumblr. How do you like it? I think it’s better than the old one, it’s easier to tweak, if ever I wanna change my header. What have I been up to regarding my simmies? I have been decorating this brownstone, that I got from smith estates(from the graveyard actually) I love all their lots.

You should notice by now, that I like decorating city homes, and apartments. See I lived in different apartments when I was 13 up until I was 19, before our own house was built. Plus I get impatient with bigger lots.

Also, I am already starting my calendar project. Maybe I’ll upload them this weekend. The lot I was working on? mmmm sorry, but I don’t have the motivation to finish it right now, but I will I promise.

I was going to upload this set earlier but Manny Pacquiao got in the way,haha, I am glad he won, he made all filipinos proud of him.
So how was everyone’s weekend? I hope good, but it’s Monday again in a couple of hours here (manila time) I am not really a fan of it, but at the same time it makes me anticipate the coming of the next weekend. I am pattern crazy and I have too much I think on my inspiration folders, that’s why my christmas wishlist inlcudes an external hard drive so I can just dump all the stuffs that I have from my inspiration folders. So this set has some of the patterns that I have. I am a bookworm, and I love just sitting in just one corner and read, ipod on Bose dock with badly drawn boy and other nostalgic music playing, and this room is just perfect for that. All meshes are included by the way.

UPDATE:11/12/09 Hey this recolor was release at blackpearlsims, here is the thread to my forum gift, you would have to register. I made 11 recolors and you can see all of them there.

I fell in love with this mesh, just perfect for the new set of recolors I am working on, and the photo above just shows the first texture I’ve put. I am a fan of Eames chairs. I have an eclectic taste, I like to mix modern furniture with traditional or vintage ones. Still swooning over this chair.

Lazy sunday today, and while I was organizing my downloads folder I was able to sift through all the meshes(well almost, I am not even halfway done!) and I was itching to recolor them, the preview is just another Aikea wall writing recolor, I like those miniflags I have ones similar to those in my room.

I am so inspired right now that I have way too many projects that I wanna start and that is no good for me, see I have this bad trait where in I start a lot of things and end up finishing nothing so this time I’ll take it slowly and do them one by one.

Mari’s creative juices:
1.My Mom works in the garments industry and she brought home these lovely fabrics and I decided to make my very own laptop sleeve!
2.The recoloring itch has been bugging me and I plan on doing another set!
3.planning on trying out watercoloring, but watercolor paper is expensive!
4. there’s a lot right now, can’t sift throught all of them!

But I will not forget that that I am still sorting my cc’s!

I plan on releasing a big update since around next week I want to take a sabbatical from playing the game and finally organize my cc, that I’ve been meaning to do for so many weeks now(I don’t know how long it will take I have a lot), so to compensate for the time that I am not gonna be creating anything, I decided to do a bunch of stuffs, taken from my inspiration folders and the likes, I plan on doing some more clutter for your walls, Aikea guinea’s wall writing meshes are really addictive to recolor. Mmmm, what else? Oh yeah I am building a lot, a furnished one because you know I am not really a good builder, style is kinda modernish, based on these two designer couple house that was featured in a magazine, it’s a colorful one, well in terms of interiors. I am also gonna be doing calendars! really lovely ones, I blame this on etsy, haha, Coz I was looking for purrty 2010 calendars earlier, and they are so lovely, have to simmify them.And I plan on releasing a bunch of recolors that I have not shared yet because some peeps are asking for it, will share some at Blackpearlsims and some here. Lastly, My british porch recolors will probabbly be released on sunday. Here’s a tiny preview of the lot, and thank you for all the lovely comments on my flickr page!
